Our Vision: FM Pay It Forward is a nonprofit organization to provide teens with the opportunity to gain SELF CONFIDENCE, SELF ESTEEM, and POSITIVE ATTITUDE   through scholarship funding.  FM Pay It Forward is an independently owned and operated not for profit organization and is not affiliated with Discover Leadership Training.  We are graduates of Discover U Training Programs and are committed to "Pay It Forward" by positively impacting America's youth! Funding is provided by private donations and fundraising done by the FM Pay It Forward organization.
